We came into effect in the year 1984 by the name of Shivam Industries and with change in the name, we revised our policies and objectives to keep up with the pace of changing times. Our Infrastructure
Our
factory building is located in Jamnagar district of Gujarat with
a built up area of more than 4000 sq. ft. Besides, we are fully
equipped with all modern machineries and facilities in our factory as
well as a team of qualified and experienced professionals. At present,
we are backed by a total of 60 employees in our factory, out of which
45 are skilled and trained workers, and 15 are technical/clerical
staff. Our foundry forms another important aspect of our
infrastructure, and is used for the purpose of casting the materials
and maintaining our good quality materials for the benefit our valued
customers.
Quality.....Our Priority
It
is by the virtue of our impeccable quality products that we have
created a superior place in the brass industry. We possess a strong team
of experienced and devoted engineers to look after our entire quality
control department. Our products go through rigorous quality checks in
our in-house laboratory to keep a check on the size, tolerance and
measuring the items manufactured in our factory. We
employ sophisticated equipments such as digital caliper vernier, micro
meters for measuring, threading inspection, HIP plug gauges and ring
gauges for checking profile, and projector to avoid any measurement problem
regarding our material. The next stage of dispatching the material to
our customers is carried out only after getting complete quality
certification from our in-house quality control department. This
ensures that no rejection is faced by us in terms of the high
expectations of our customers from us.
ISO Certification
We
have applied for the prestigious ISO certification and have completed
all the necessary formalities to obtain it in a short frame of time.
